Ms. Dodson has more than 30 years’ experience representing businesses of all sizes, governments, non-profits, and artists to:
- negotiate, draft and close contracts and business deals;
- advise on structure, and a broad range of business issues;
- research and draft law and policy.
She manages risk, uses business acumen to solve problems, and completes projects on time and within budget. She is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and the New York Bar and is an adjunct professor at Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law. She resides in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
